established in October 2001 at Caprock High School by Utility
Engineering.
Eligibility
- Graduating senior from Caprock High School
- Exhibit community service, leadership, and financial need
- Maintain a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA
- Major in field of choice at college/university of choice
