of Clifton McNeely as a memorial in honor of his many years of coaching
at Pampa High School.
Eligibility
- Graduating male or female senior from Pampa High School
- Participated in high school athletics
- Exhibit community service and leadership
- Maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA while in college
- Major in field of choice at college/university of choice
