Edith Lois Wilson 4-H Memorial Scholarship
Eligibility
- Graduating senior from District 1 Texas Association of Extension
Home Economists
- Complete at least 3 years of 4-H Club work in District (see
extension agent for application)
- Preference given, but not limited to applicant with major in Human
Sciences related area such as Family and Consumer Science
Education, Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management, Food and
Nutrition/Dietetics, Family Financial Planning, Interior Design,
Fashion Design, Merchandising, Early Childhood, Human Development
and Family Studies.
- Maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA while in college
- Rank in the upper ¼ of graduating class and complete college
entrance test, such as SAT, ACT, etc.
- Attend an accredited college/university of choice within the state of
Texas
